Matteo Morici

Matteo Morici has a diverse work experience history. Matteo started their career as an intern at SIA-SSB, where they conducted a research project on organizational and process design. Later, they joined McKinsey & Company as a Business Analyst, supporting various projects and clients. Matteo then pursued an MBA at ESADE and volunteered at Fundacio Equilibri, where they contributed to the strategic and communication plans and proposed new revenue streams for the foundation's cooperation mission. After completing their MBA, Matteo returned to McKinsey & Company and held roles as a Junior Engagement Manager, Engagement Manager, and Expert in the Risk Practice. Matteo worked on various projects including supporting the creation of a state agency for coordinating digital policies and conducting feasibility studies for insurance and telco companies. Currently, Matteo is at TeamSystem as the Head of Customer Operations Professionals, responsible for managing customer operations and delivering customer value.

Matteo Morici's education history begins in 2002 when they enrolled at Università Bocconi to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, which they completed in 2005. In the same year, they also attended University College of Dublin for a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. From 2005 to 2007, Matteo pursued a Master of Science degree in Organisation and IT Systems at Università Bocconi. In 2006, they briefly attended Aston University, where they pursued a Master of Science degree in IT Systems. Continuing their educational journey, Matteo attended Esade from 2010 to 2012 for a full-time MBA degree in Business Administration. In 2011, they also attended HKUST Business School, focusing on Management, as part of their MBA program.
