Dillon Hon

Dillon Hon is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in account management and sales development across the APAC region. Currently serving as an Account Executive at Teamtailor since March 2025, Dillon previously held the position of Sales Development Team Lead at GWI from September 2022 to March 2025, where notable achievements included closing a full sales cycle deal with a BFSI client and successfully entering new markets such as Hong Kong and Vietnam. Dillon has consistently demonstrated exceptional performance, ranking as #2 corporate SDR globally in Q1 2024 and exceeding quarterly targets across multiple roles. Prior experience includes account management at NickTung, where Dillon achieved significant contract renewals and increased client engagement through strategic campaign execution, as well as a role as Club Concierge at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company. Dillon holds a Bachelor of Hospitality Business with Honours from the Singapore Institute of Technology and a Diploma in Business Management from Nanyang Polytechnic.
