Ester Nilsson

Ester Ewing Nilsson has extensive experience in customer support and success, currently serving as the Head of Customer Support at Teamtailor since January 2018, following a role as a Customer Success Agent. Prior to Teamtailor, Ester worked as a Customer Support Engineer at Notified from January 2017 to January 2018, and from 2012 to 2016, provided support in the Vård och omsorg sector for Malmö stad. Ester also gained experience as an Ekonomiassistent at XL Bygg Forsell during summer 2014 and 2015. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Leadership and Organization and a Bachelor of Science in Media Technology, both obtained from Malmö University, along with a Gymnasieexamen in Samhällsvetenskap with a focus on media communication from Tessinskolan.
