Fredrik Emsjö

Fredrik Emsjö is the Head of Customer Success at Teamtailor, where they manage and built the customer success department from scratch, now consisting of 68 colleagues. With a strong background in social media advisory roles at KSMG AB, Fredrik specializes in strategic planning, customer relationship management, and onboarding. Prior to their role at Teamtailor, they worked in sales and management positions at Matkomfort Stockholm AB and XXL Sport & Villmark. Fredrik's educational background includes studies in Athletic Training and customer relations. Having played hockey since the age of five, they bring a competitive spirit and teamwork ethic to their professional endeavors.
