James Mensforth

James Mensforth is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in sales and management across various regions and sectors. Currently serving as the Country Manager for the UK & Ireland at Teamtailor since September 2025, Mensforth previously held multiple roles at Aircall, including Sales Director for the UKI, Nordics, and North America, where significant revenue growth and quota attainment were achieved. Prior experience at Facebook involved leading global programs within the Workplace division, where Mensforth successfully managed an outsourced Inside Sales team and drove substantial sales representative growth. Earlier career highlights include a managerial role at Accenture, focusing on sales and marketing transformation for major clients, and foundational positions as a paralegal.
