Sofie Heidling

Sofie Heidling is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Generalist at Teamtailor since November 2025. Prior to this role, Sofie was an HR-Generalist at TB-Group AB from August 2021 to November 2025, overseeing recruitment across Sweden, Norway, and the UK, as well as participating in HR functions and the work environment committee.
