Scott Mathie

Scott Mathie has a diversified work experience in the field of leadership and coaching services. Scott started their career as a Founder of Nix Your Limits, a platform that provides leadership and career development resources for high school and college students. Scott then worked as a Leadership Development and Training Coordinator at Snow College, where they oversaw recruitment, training, and supervision of a student leadership team. Scott also served as a Resident Director, Activity Center Supervisor, Campus Security Agent, Activity Center Manager, and Resident Assistant at Snow College, gaining experience in program coordination, community development, and event management. After Snow College, Scott worked as an Assistant Director of Student Involvement and Leadership at Utah Tech University, where they coordinated and administered student life programs. Scott later became a Senior Leadership Coordinator in the Applied Leadership Program at Utah Tech University, where they coordinated various leadership development activities for students. Scott also worked as a Senior Manager for Leadership Coaching and Director of Leadership and Coaching Services at TEAMTRI, where they oversaw the execution and innovation of leadership development programs and provided coaching support to students. Currently, they are a Leadership Specialist and provides coaching, training, and mentoring support to the Executive Council at Business Professionals of America. Overall, Scott has demonstrated strong leadership and coaching skills throughout their career.

Scott Mathie has a Master's Degree in Applied Psychology from the University of Southern California, which they obtained from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Psychology from Utah State University from 2013 to 2015. Scott also holds an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Sports and Performance Psychology from Snow College, where they studied from 2009 to 2012. Scott's secondary education was completed at South Sevier High School from 2006 to 2009. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the following: "GiANT Coach" from GiANT Worldwide in March 2021, "100X Leader" from GiANT Worldwide in February 2021, "5 Voices" from GiANT Worldwide in December 2020, and "Creating a Leadership Development Program" from Lynda.com in October 2017.
