Wiley Bailey

Wiley Bailey began their work experience in 2012 as the National FFA Southern Region Vice President for the National FFA Organization. In this role, they served from October 2012 to November 2013.

In 2013, Wiley Bailey joined Wiley Bailey as a Keynote Speaker, Leadership Coach, and Musician. Wiley traveled extensively, speaking, training, and leading high school students. Wiley keynote addressed 9 State FFA conventions and conducted over 150 leadership workshops for high school student organizations.

In 2016, Wiley Bailey joined the Alabama Farmers Federation as an Area Director. Wiley currently holds this position. Additionally, in the same year, they joined TRI Leadership Resources, LLC as a Leadership Trainer and Keynote Speaker. Wiley also currently holds this position.

Wiley Bailey completed their secondary education at Sand Rock High School from 1997 to 2010. Wiley then pursued further studies at Auburn University from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained a degree in Agriculture Communications.
