Dr. Lin Fu currently serves as Global Lead Operational Excellence at TeamViewer since October 2020, having previously held positions including Senior Operational Excellence Manager and Operational Excellence Manager within the same company. Prior to this, Dr. Fu completed an MBA at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, where the final thesis focused on the impact of COVID-19 on innovations in China. Previous experience includes Senior Project Manager/Team Leader for Global Sales Excellence at HELLA, where responsibilities included leading an APAC team and improving sales processes, as well as Associate Manager of Performance Management at Nielsen, overseeing large market research projects for Fortune 500 clients. Early career experience includes roles as a Senior Researcher at Experteer GmbH and a Lecturer at Universität Bayreuth. Dr. Fu holds a doctorate in Anglistik & Sozialpsychologie from the University of Bayreuth and completed an Executive Education Module at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
