Previously, Sonia held HR Executive positions at Ascendron Technologies Pvt Ltd and Infocomm IT Services, as well as serving as an IT recruiter at SNORG Consultants Private Limited. Sonia Kumari earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bangalore University between 2009 and 2012 and completed senior secondary education in the Arts stream at Kendriya Vidyalaya from 2007 to 2009.
