Sudhir Kumar

Sudhir Kumar is currently the Senior Vice President & Business Head - Middle East at Teamware Solutions, a division of Quantum Leap Consulting Pvt. Ltd. Previously, Sudhir served as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition & Workforce Management for Wave 2 technologies at Tech Mahindra. With a background in program management and sales leadership roles at various companies like IBM and HCL Perot India, Sudhir's extensive experience in talent acquisition and management spans across geographies globally. Sudhir holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computers from Savitribai Phule Pune University and has completed an Advanced Management Program in Finance for non-finance professionals from Manchester Business School, UK.
