William Porter is currently serving as Operations Staff and Operations Intern at Hall of Fame Village since May 2024, while also working as a Student Ambassador for TeamWork Online since March 2024, reporting to Jim Kadlecek. Previously, William gained experience as a Santa Land Event Assistant at Town and Country Shopping Center from November 2021 to November 2024, as well as a Front End Service Desk/Cashier at Kroger from December 2020 to October 2024. In July 2024, William worked as an Area Manager for the NFL Flag Championships under 1TEAM | Event Management. William's experience also includes coaching as the Head Coach for youth flag football at Flag Football Fanatics during the 2022 season and officiating games with the same organization in 2021. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Business at the University of Mount Union, William graduated from Kettering Fairmont High School in 2022.
