Kyle Charters

Kyle Charters' work experience includes being the CFO at Teamworks starting in October 2023, a Partner at Bluestone Equity Partners in 2023, and a Managing Director at Inner Circle Sports since 2013. Kyle also worked in Private Equity Secondary Investments at Hamilton Lane from 2010 to 2012 and in Corporate Finance & Consulting at Ernst & Young from 2007 to 2010. Kyle started their career at ESPN as an Undergraduate Summer Intern in 2006.

Kyle Charters has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Finance from the University of Notre Dame. Kyle also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
