Lucy Diaz

Lucy Diaz is an accomplished marketing executive with extensive experience in the sports and event management sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Marketing at Teamworks, Lucy previously held the position of VP of Brand Marketing for North America at Tough Mudder. With a diverse career, Lucy has also operated as CEO, COO, and Senior Vice President of Sales and Client Activation at RPM Events Group LLC, focusing on sales strategy and partner fulfillment for a professional women’s bike race. Earlier in the career, Lucy contributed to major marketing initiatives at companies such as JackRabbit, Competitor Group, and Elite Racing, with significant achievements in branding, event management, and sponsorship relations. Lucy received a BBA in Marketing from the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst.
