William Robinson

William Robinson started their work experience as a Reporter at Bloomberg from September 2011 to May 2014. William then worked as a Summer Associate at Robinson Bradshaw from May 2016 to July 2016 and as a Summer Associate at Smith Anderson from July 2016 to August 2016. In 2017, they joined Smith Anderson as an Associate and held this role until June 2023. Currently, they are the Vice President & General Counsel at Teamworks starting from June 2023.

William Robinson obtained a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Duke University School of Law between 2014 and 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Public Policy Studies at Duke University from 2007 to 2011. Additionally, they hold certifications as a Member of TechGC and as a Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E) from the International Association of Privacy Professionals, obtained in 2023 and 2019 respectively. In 2017, they also obtained the Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP/US) certification from the same institution.
