Glen Mitchell

Glen Mitchell's work experience includes being the Innovation and Product Development Lead at Tearfund, where they identified new audiences for fundraising and developed new income initiatives across the UK, while also using technology and digital means to streamline internal processes. Glen also served as the Northern Ireland Lead for Tearfund, leading the fundraising team, strategically planning and delivering various fundraising streams, and building brand awareness and relationships with key donors. Prior to this, Glen was the Lead Pastor at Kings Church Bangor and had previously served as an Assistant Pastor.

Glen Mitchell obtained a Bachelor of Divinity from Queen's University Belfast between 2004 and 2007. More recently, from 2019 to 2022, they pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Theology/Theological Studies at the University of Cumbria. Additionally, Glen has obtained certifications in fundraising from the Chartered Institute of Fundraising in 2021 and in personal and community coaching from the Association for Coaching (AC) in 2017.
