Wei Fan serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Ice Husky Inc., a frozen dessert product manufacturer based in Hayward, CA, since April 2014. In addition, Wei co-owns Teaspoon, founded Lilikoi Boba in September 2021, and has held the CEO position at Fanale Drinks since June 2014. As the CEO of US Boba Company, Wei co-founded the first Made in USA boba factory in September 2017. Wei completed a high school diploma at Lowell High School from 2001 to 2004 and earned a degree in management science, economics, and management from the University of California, San Diego, from 2005 to 2010.
