Cody Hess

Cody Hess is currently the Director of IT at Tebra, a position they have held since June 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Kareo, a Tebra company, where they served as Senior Manager, IT from March 2016 to July 2022. Before joining Kareo, Cody worked at The GDR Group as the Lead Wintel Technician for Broadcom Corp. from November 2009 to December 2014. Cody was responsible for providing desk-side and IT project support, coaching a team of technicians, and managing the team's schedule and workload. Cody's career began at Best Buy, where they worked as a GeekSquad Technician from July 2003 to July 2009. In this role, they provided troubleshooting and maintenance for various hardware and software platforms and identified the technology needs of home and business clients.

Cody Hess obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History from Vanguard University of Southern California from 2006 to 2008.
