Jordan Decker has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Starting in 2009, Jordan worked as a Player Support Representative at The Disney Interactive Media Group, where they provided support to various Disney Online communities. After that, Jordan joined Leaf Group, formerly Demand Media, Inc., as an Associate Community Support Manager and later became a Marketing & Community Manager. At Leaf Group, Jordan focused on talent activation and retention for the Studio division and managed marketing communications. In 2016, Jordan worked as a Brand Marketing Manager at MNTN, where they developed and implemented a digital marketing plan to drive awareness and product adoption across various channels. Following that, Jordan joined PatientPop, a Tebra company, in 2017. As the Digital Marketing Manager, they planned and implemented strategies for lead/customer acquisition. Jordan then progressed to roles like Director of Demand Generation, Senior Director of Demand Generation, and finally VP of Demand Generation, overseeing a team of 20 marketers and owning various marketing tactics. In 2022, Jordan continued their role as VP, Demand Generation at Tebra after the acquisition of PatientPop. Additionally, in 2022, Jordan served as an Executive Member at Pavilion.
