Russ Chappell began their work experience in 1998 as a Sales Executive in the Northwestern United States. During their time in this role, they successfully expanded the customer base and utilized vendors and distribution channels to ensure the best value for customers. Russ also created detailed proposals and conducted in-depth research to meet customer requirements. In 2003, they concluded their role as a Sales Executive.

In 2005, Russ Chappell joined Alteer Office/Visionary Healthware/Compu Group Medical as a Project Manager. In this position, they remotely collaborated with Practice Administrators, Doctors, and IT staff to troubleshoot application issues and client workflow processes. Russ also worked with customers to optimize the use of Alteer Office and coordinated the installation and maintenance of client workstations and servers.

Later in 2005, they transitioned to the role of Technical Support Manager at CompuGroup Medical, where they provided technical support services.

From 2017 to 2022, Russ Chappell was a Customer Success Coach at Kareo. In this role, they assisted customers in maximizing their experience with the Kareo software.

In 2022, they joined Tebra as a Customer Success Coach/Implementation Specialist.

Russ Chappell obtained their H.S. Diploma from Rio Hondo College in 1992 after completing their studies in Business Communications during the period from 1991 to 1992.
