Frédérick Audet is an experienced educational leader and professional speaker, serving as the Founder and President of Maxmont since April 2017, where transformative learning programs enhance employee productivity in leadership, team cohesion, and strategy design. In addition to this role, Frédérick has been a professional speaker at TEC Canada since November 2018, supporting top executives in improving their leadership and strategy skills. Previous positions include Department Head and High School Teacher at Calgary Catholic School District (2008-2017), Group Leader and Exam Marker with the Government of Alberta (2005-2015), Social Sciences Consultant with The Professional Development Consortium (2007-2008), and teacher at Conseil scolaire FrancoSud (2004-2007). Frédérick also has early experience in media as a radio announcer, journalist, and marketer at Radio Restigouche CIMS 104 FM (2000-2004). Educational qualifications include bachelor's degrees from the University of Ottawa and Université de Moncton, along with a certificate in Adult Learning from the Canadian College of Educators.
