Joe Fera

Joe Fera is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in coaching, consulting, and business transformation, currently serving as Master Chair at TEC Canada since April 2017 and President of Growth Odyssey since July 2011. Fera has a proven track record of helping small to medium-sized enterprises maximize their potential through peer advisory groups and executive coaching. Previous roles include significant positions at GS1 Canada, Symantec, TELUS, Unified Mobility, Motorola, EY, DMR Consulting, and Nova Expertise Solutions, where Fera demonstrated leadership in various capacities, focusing on strategy, business development, and service offerings.
