Pamela Bragg

Pamela Bragg is the Owner and Managing Partner of Sarkany Management Inc., a Canadian company that specializes in strategic human resource solutions for major contracting and construction firms in Western Canada. With over three decades of senior executive experience in multinational corporations, Pamela transitioned to private practice in 2014, bringing a strong focus on organizational excellence and business objectives. As a compassionate and visionary leader, Pamela has successfully managed HR strategies across union and non-union environments and has contributed to initiatives promoting diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being. Currently, Pamela also serves as a Workplace Learning Consultant at Morneau Shepell and speaks at tec Canada and MacKay CEO Forums. In education, Pamela holds several advanced certificates, including those from Stanford and Royal Roads University.
