Peter Buchanan

Peter Buchanan serves as the President of Management Transitions Ltd., where they support small and medium-sized business leaders in navigating challenges related to team building and management development. With over 25 years of experience, Peter has facilitated the transformation of groups into high-performing teams and provided extensive executive coaching, totaling more than 20,000 hours. Additionally, Peter founded TEC Canada in Eastern Canada and currently holds the position of National Director of Chair Development, leading peer groups for CEOs and Presidents. They have received multiple accolades, including being named TEC Canada Chairman of the Year and winning the prestigious Don Cope Award. Peter's educational background includes an MBA in Management from Western University and studies in Marine Biology at the University of California, Berkeley.
