Richard Joly

Richard Joly is an accomplished executive with extensive leadership experience across various sectors. Currently serving as the CEO Group Chair at TEC Canada since August 2024, Richard facilitates connections among successful business leaders to leverage their expertise. As an instructor at the Collège des administrateurs de sociétés since August 2006, Richard promotes best practices in governance alongside Laval University. Richard founded and served as CEO of Leaders International Executive Search from August 2008 to July 2024, establishing the firm as a leading provider of executive search services in Canada. Previous roles include Senior Client Partner at Korn Ferry, Partner at Caldwell, Director at Pitney Bowes of Canada Ltd., and Regional Director at Aramark. Richard Joly holds an MBA from the John Molson School of Business, Concordia University.
