Simone Brown

Simone Brown is the President of Simone Brown Coaching Inc. since January 2016 and a Professional Speaker at TEC Canada since September 2018, specializing in strategies for attracting and retaining millennial talent among CEOs and leaders. Previously, Simone served as the Senior Resource Development Officer at The Calgary Bridge Foundation for Youth from October 2012 to May 2015, where responsibilities included creating the organization’s first fundraising strategy and establishing a fund development office. Additional experience includes roles at The Mustard Seed as a Development Officer and Program Manager, focusing on community partnerships and program management for marginalized individuals, and a volunteer position as Director of Policy, Research, and Community Relations with Open Arms Patient Advocacy Society. Simone's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources, a Diploma in Technology Management and Entrepreneurship, and ongoing studies in Public Relations, alongside training in fundraising.
