Edward Williams has over 20 years of experience in the engineering field. Edward started their career at TranSystems in 2000 as a Design Engineer. In 2001, they moved to Brandstetter Carroll Inc. where they also worked as a Design Engineer. In 2003, Edward joined TEC Engineering as a Project Manager, and later became the Vice President in 2011.
Edward Williams completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, where they studied from 1995 to 2000. Additionally, they obtained several certifications throughout their career, including the following:
- Road Safety Professional from TRANSPORTATION PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATION BOARD INC in December 2018.
- IMSA Traffic Signal Design/Engineering Level II from IMSA-International Municipal Signal Association in February 2017.
- Professional Engineer from the State of West Virginia in June 2008.
- Professional Traffic Operations Engineer from the Institute of Transportation Engineers in October 2007.
- Professional Engineer from the Commonwealth of Kentucky in November 2006.
- Professional Engineer from the State of Indiana in October 2004.
- Professional Engineer from the State of Ohio in June 2004.
- Traffic Signal Technician Level 1 from IMSA-International Municipal Signal Association in October 2003.
