Paul Stear

Paul Stear is currently the Programme Leader Music at Scarborough TEC. They previously served as the Technical Manager and Chief Electrician at Stephen Joseph Theatre from 2008 to 2022. Prior to that, Paul held the position of Head of Lighting and Sound at Nottingham Playhouse from 2001 to 2006. In the early stages of their career, they worked in business development roles at Stage Electrics and Hawthorns. Paul also offers handyman services through Just a Little Job, which they began in 2022. They attended Scarborough VIth Form College and Oldham College.
