Heather Weglein

Heather Weglein has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Heather worked at TEC Services from 2018 to the present as the Director of Operations and Financial Services, where they successfully relocated corporate offices, standardized workflows, and implemented a new system. Prior to that, they were the Director of Operations for TEC Services, where they led the implementation of an ERP system and managed operations during the COVID economic downturn. Before joining TEC Services, Heather worked at C-Care as a Supply Chain Manager, where they developed processes for inventory management and worked with suppliers to resolve quality issues. At Precision Products Group, Inc., they held multiple roles including Senior Project Manager, Inside Sales Manager, and Production and Materials Manager, where they successfully integrated acquisitions, improved gross margins, implemented ISO procedures, and championed ERP implementations. Heather started their career as a Production Team Leader at Diageo CCA and as a Financial Analyst at Aerotek.

Heather Weglein earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Finance with a minor in Spanish from Towson University from 1996 to 2000. Heather then pursued a Master's degree in Management from Loyola University Maryland from 2000 to 2003.
