Jared Agan

Jared Agan possesses extensive experience in executive leadership, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and President of TEC Services since February 2018. Prior to this, Jared held the position of Vice President of Operations at The Matworks / Comprehensive Flooring Solutions from February 2014 to January 2025, where accomplishments included generating $70 million in new sales and managing a $75 million division across 27 states and over 800 locations. Earlier roles include Regional Manager and National Director of Standardization and Systems at Eurest Services, overseeing a $30 million facilities management division and implementing the Compass Service Framework for quality management. Additionally, Jared was the Director of Environmental Services at Crothall Services Group, leading a team servicing a large facility. Education includes an MBA in Executive Leadership from Wesley College and a bachelor’s degree in Management from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
