Tec Spec Consulting Inc. (Tec Spec) is located in Nanaimo, B.C., independently owned and operated by Shane Gee. With a desire to remain in Nanaimo and a need to satisfy the internship requirements of the MBA program at Vancouver Island University (VIU), Shane thought it only appropriate that he offer his services professionally to Central and North Vancouver Island.

Tec Spec offers laser measuring and on site drafting which reduces the possibility for errors or omissions and identifies any complications immediately. The result is a precisely measured and drafted floor plan with a quick turn-around time that satisfies client needs.

Tec Spec provides a range of services in a variety of formats to meet the needs of a wide array of clients; realtors, property owners, interior designers and landscape architects. Price list and services offered are available on the Services page.

Tec Spec is committed to delivering a quality customer experience... 'client driven, professional and efficient service reasonably priced.'
