Andrew Vincent has a diverse work experience in technology-related roles. Andrew began their career in 2006 as a 25N Joint Nodal Network Operator and Maintainer in the US Army. In this role, they managed servers, routers, and network switches for Tactical Operations Centers and over 1000 users. Andrew also oversaw the section property book, which contained equipment worth over $7 million.

In 2016, Vincent transitioned to Pilgrim's as a Network Administrator. Andrew was responsible for configuring and managing desktop devices and production computer hardware. Andrew resolved tickets for the Northwest Alabama Division Office and its remote locations, demonstrating strong self-management skills.

Currently, Vincent works as a Central Office Technician II at TEC - Telephone Electronics Corporation. Their responsibilities include performing preventative maintenance on telephone and network equipment, observing equipment status, and resolving any equipment problems. Andrew installs and maintains IP routers, switches, and networking hardware, as well as fiber services and cabling related to IP telephone switching. Their role also involves managing interfaces and databases for efficient operations.

Andrew Vincent attended Cherokee High School from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained their High School Diploma. In addition to their high school education, they have acquired several certifications. In 2009, they completed the VX Integration course at N.E.T. Professional Services. Later that year, they also received a certification in Fiber Optics Installation from InovaTech College of Business and Technology. Most recently, in March 2021, they obtained the CompTIA Security+ ce Certification from CompTIA.
