Following that, Steniz worked as a Leasing Consultant for MG Properties Group from 2016 to 2020, where they managed and organized resident data, coordinated a team of maintenance engineers, and conducted market research to maximize the occupancy rate, leading to an increase from 89.7% to 98.6%. In 2020, Steniz worked as a Web Developer for Ngadisastra Real Estate, Inc. In 2021, Steniz began working as a Software Engineer for TecAce Software Ltd., and is currently a Graduate Student at Khoury College of Computer and Information Sciences, Northeastern University.
