Ada Fürst

Ada Fürst's work experience includes roles at various companies. Ada currently works at Tecan as the Head HR EMEA & HR Business Partner for the Life Sciences Business. In 2020, they worked as a Coach and HR Consultant at www.adafurst.com. In 2021, they worked at Lonza as the Global HRBP and Europe Region HR Lead. Prior to that, they held positions at FieldCore, GE Power, GE Lighting, Henkel Hungary, Michael Page Austria GmbH, and Goodyear & Dunlop Tyres Hungary, where they gained experience in HR business partnering, project management, and consulting.

Ada Fürst completed their Master's degree in Business Development from Nyugat-Magyarországi Egyetem in 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Széchenyi István Egyetem between 2004 and 2009. Ada also studied Relazioni Internazionali at Universita di Pisa in 2007-2008 and Business Administration at Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt in 2005-2006. In terms of additional certifications, Ada Fürst obtained the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) qualification from the International Coaching Federation in March 2021. Ada also has certifications in Swiss Employment Law from the Swiss HR Academy (2022), People Analytics from Coursera (2022), Diploma in Brief Team Coaching and Diploma in Brief Coaching from Solutionsurfers® (2019), and Certified Sports Trainer in Karate from the Ministry of Human Capacities (2016).
