Edison Liao is a seasoned project manager currently leading the Tecan China Local R&D Department since October 2018. Prior to this role, Edison served as a senior software engineer at Tyco Security Products from August 2014 to October 2018, where contributions were made to the integrated platform, Victor/Ccure, focusing on security solutions. From May 2011 to August 2014, Edison worked as a senior software developer at PerkinElmer, contributing to the SP10 project, a leading professional analysis software. Earlier experience includes a software engineer position at Aspen Technology from October 2009 to March 2011, where Edison was involved in the Concept Design Builder project. Edison holds a master’s degree in Systems Engineering from East China University of Science and Technology, completed in 2009.
