Elsa Cornel

Elsa Cornel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in key account management and customer support within the life sciences and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Manager of Key Account Products at Tecan since June 2016, Elsa oversees daily operations and customer satisfaction from product introduction to phase-out, effectively managing customer KPIs and leading cross-functional product care teams. Previous roles include Senior Customer Product Manager and Key Account Product Manager at Tecan, as well as OEM Solution Manager at Sias AG and Xiril AG, where responsibilities encompassed customer needs assessment, feasibility studies, and product training. Elsa began a career in the field with a project on polymeric membrane materials at ETD&C bv while holding a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering from Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
