Erich Ammann is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the fields of manufacturing engineering and scientific research. Since October 2004, Ammann has served as the Head of Manufacturing Engineering and Project Manager at Tecan, leading the Production Support team and coordinating various support-related activities. Prior to this, Ammann contributed as a Liquid Handling Scientist, working on the development and testing of modules for liquid handling platforms. Previous roles include Research Assistant at the University of Bern, Senior Application Scientist at Nanonics Imaging Ltd. in Jerusalem, and Postdoctoral Fellow at Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Ammann holds a PhD and a Diplom in Electrochemistry and Scanning Probe Microscopy from the University of Bern.
