Joerg Landig

Head Of Service Excellence

Joerg Landig has extensive experience in service management and project management at Tecan, holding various leadership roles since April 1996, including Head of Service Excellence and Service Manager for the D A CH region. Responsibilities have included overseeing a team of specialists for European support, managing sales project realization across Germany, Switzerland, and Austria, and leading local service teams with budgetary accountability. In addition, Joerg Landig has developed customer training programs and installed liquid handling instruments. Prior experience includes serving as a Signalmaat in the Bundesmarine and completing an apprenticeship as a cook at Hotel Schweizerhof Hannover. Joerg Landig holds advanced degrees in Nutritional Science from the University of Hohenheim and a doctoral degree from Robert Bosch Krankenhaus/Uni Hohenheim.
