Roy Ames is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in research and development, automation, and systems engineering. Currently serving as an R&D Engineering Manager at Tecan since August 2020, Roy leads a team of engineers to develop innovative solid phase extraction techniques. Previously, as a Senior Automation Engineer at Orchid Orthopedic Solutions, Roy was part of a corporate initiative to enhance profitability through automation.
