Ron Rath

Ron Rath has over 30 years of work experience, beginning with General Motors in 1986, where they held various roles. Ron then moved to Diesel Technology Company in 1993, where they also held various roles. In 1999, they became the Executive Director at RWD Technologies. Two years later, in 2001, they were an Analyst at Celerant Consulting. In 2003, they became the Managing Director at Marx Consulting Group, and in 2010 they became the Principal Consultant at Kelley Management Consulting. Finally, in 2014, they became the CEO of TECAT Performance Systems.

Ron Rath attended Kettering University from 1986 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Ron returned to Kettering University from 1995 to 2000, where they earned a Master of Science in Manufacturing Systems Engineering.
