MARTIN CARRION

Martin Carrion is a seasoned manager with over 25 years of experience in industrial business management across local and multinational companies, primarily in the production and marketing of human and animal consumption products, as well as construction and heavy freight transport. Currently serving as the General Manager at Tecnica Avícola S.A. since 2019, Martin oversees a workforce of 940 employees and reports directly to the Board. Previously, they held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Animal Nutrition at Alicorp SAA, where they managed significant revenues and facilitated international collaborations. Martin's educational background includes a degree in Business Administration from Universidad de Piura and ongoing executive education programs at IE Executive Education and Yale University.
