Isha has work experience as a Software Developer at Tech Alchemy Ltd since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Backend Developer at Millow from November 2020 to August 2021.

Isha completed their Master of Technology (MTech) degree in Computer Science from VIT_Vellore Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2019 to 2021. Prior to their master's degree, they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.tech) degree in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) from PDM University, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including "Programming Foundations with JavaScript, HTML and CSS (with Honors)" from Coursera in May 2020, "Automate the Boring Stuff With Python Programming" from Udemy in April 2020, "Machine Learning" from GUVI Geek Networks, IITM Research Park in March 2020, and "MongoDB" from GUVI Geek Networks, IITM Research Park in March 2020.
