Ammar Khan

Ammar Khan has worked as a Cloud Engineer Manager at ResQ TRX since January 2023. In this role, they are responsible for product planning, designing business process workflows, and acquiring and training resources.

Prior to that, Ammar worked as a Cloud Engineer Lead at the same company from January 2022 to January 2023. In that role, they designed a data analytics platform using Dynamodb, PySpark, and Neo4j on AWS. Ammar also designed backend and DevOps processes and workflows, and provisioned serverless stacks with Chalice-zappa stack.

Before joining ResQ TRX, Ammar worked at Data ConnecXion as a Cloud Engineer from March 2021 to January 2022. Their responsibilities included designing a data analytics platform using Dynamodb, PySpark, and Neo4j on AWS. Ammar also designed backend and DevOps processes and workflows, and provisioned serverless stacks with Chalice-zappa stack.

Ammar's earlier work experience includes a role at PTCL as a Routing and Switching professional. During their time there from July 2017 to September 2017, they maintained DSLAM in the Network and Switching department, resolved technical complaints using SIEBEL CRM software, managed communication on UNIX systems, and participated in the installation of MSAG solution in Sialkot.

Ammar Khan completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Management and Technology - UMT, studying from 2017 to 2021. Before that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics Engineering from Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology, studying from 2015 to 2017. Additionally, they obtained various certifications, including "Taming Big Data with Apache Spark and Python - Hands On!" from Udemy and "Neo4j 4.0 Certified" and "Neo4j Certified Professional" from Neo4j in June 2021. Ammar also holds certifications in AWS, such as "AWS Certified Developer - Associate," "AWS Certified Machine Learning - Specialty," and "AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate SAA-CO2" obtained from A Cloud Guru in July 2020. Furthermore, they completed the certification "Building Modern Python Applications on AWS" from Coursera in March 2021. Lastly, they obtained a certification in "Linux Shell Scripting: A Project-Based Approach to Learning" from Cloud Academy, Inc.
