Tech Credit Fund is a specialized debt-financing platform focused exclusively on accelerating broadband infrastructure deployment in South Africa’s townships and rural communities. As a subsidiary of Solcon Capital, we combine access to patient capital with deep technical expertise to empower Black-owned Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and network operators to scale sustainably and close the country’s digital divide.

What We Do

We provide growth-focused debt funding of up to R5 million per ISP at attractive interest rates with flexible repayment terms. Our financing is designed to match the cashflow realities of small and medium ISPs, enabling them to expand last-mile fiber, fixed wireless, and hybrid broadband networks.

Our support goes beyond just financing. We offer technical and operational guidance, including:
