Tech Doctor is comprised of a team of geeks and nerds who are all completely obsessed with technology and our business was founded with the sole purpose of helping customers, specifically individual users and small businesses, to unlock as much value and benefit from technology as possible. We believe in building strong relationships with our customers as we walk their technology journey with them.

The company was established in October 2016 as a division of Akesa Technologies, an MSP providing IT Support and Managed Services to SMEs. Akesa Technologies is a Level 1 BEE Contributor. The founders of the company each have over 15 years of experience in the IT support and managed services industry and share an insatiable desire to deliver technically excellent solutions with the best possible customer experience.

Tech Doctor initially specialised as an onsite IT support company but has subsequently expanded our offering to include a dedicated WiFi and Smart Home division, comprised of highly qualified and experienced technicians who specialise in designing, implementing and optimising WiFi networks for both homes and businesses. We build bespoke WiFi and smart home solutions, tailored to your specific requirements. We are fully vendor agnostic, providing solutions that are able to meet a wide range of budgetary and technical needs.
