Christopher Dechter

Christopher Dechter, CTS-D, CTS-I, is the Manager of Instructional Technology at the University of Wyoming. In his almost twenty years of AV and IT, he has focused almost exclusively on the design and integration of technology in higher education at multiple institutions.
