Launched in 2018 as Agile + DevOps Days Des Moines, the event was built to serve the local tech community with practitioner-led content focused on real-world learning and connection. In 2022, the conference merged with Agile Iowa, uniting communities and growing into consistently sold-out, two-day events welcoming 500+ developers, engineers, leaders, and executives from across the Midwest.

As technology and teams have evolved, so has the conference. Beginning in 2026, the event rebrands as Tech Fuse Des Moines—a name that reflects a broader, more integrated approach to modern technology. The program expands technical depth with hands-on learning while continuing to explore DevOps, product mindset, leadership, and organizational strategy.

What hasn’t changed is the foundation. Tech Fuse Des Moines remains a nonprofit, community-driven conference led by the same experienced volunteer organizing team. The event continues to be hosted at the Community Choice Credit Union Convention Center in downtown Des Moines, balancing high-quality sessions with intentional networking and meaningful connections.
