Keith Robinson is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and desktop management. Currently employed as a Desktop Support Technician at Tech Heads, Inc. since November 2020, Keith contributes to the support team providing IT services to multiple companies in the Portland area. Previously, Keith served as an Information Technology Service Desk technician with Insight Global 360 from July 2018 to April 2020, where responsibilities included user support and network equipment installation across various locations in Oregon. Keith's career began at First United Bank as a Technical Support Engineer from July 2005 to April 2018. Keith holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Southeastern Oklahoma State University, obtained in 2005.
