Todd Arnold

Todd Arnold is a seasoned professional in customer success and education, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Tech Heads, Inc. since January 2023. Todd has advanced through various roles in customer success, including positions at BuildOps as a Customer Success Manager II and NAVEX Global, where Todd worked as a Solutions Consultant and Implementation Manager. Prior to transitioning to the tech industry, Todd spent several years in education, notably as a Digital Photography & Design Instructor at Central Catholic High School and as a Digital Photography Instructor at Oregon City Public Schools.
