Rob Rishel

Rob Rishel currently serves as the US-Products Sales Lead and Northeast Market Unit Lead for the ServiceNow Business Group at Accenture, positions held since July 2021. Previously, Rob was the Market Development Associate Director within the same group at Accenture. Concurrently, Rob has been an Advisory Board Member for Tech Impact since September 2016, actively supporting the IT Works program. Rob's career at Computer Aid, Inc. spanned over three decades, culminating in the role of Executive Director for the ServiceNow Practice and serving as Director of Marketing and Partnerships. Rob holds a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership from Penn State Great Valley and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Penn State University.
